Esope has a well-defined shipping policy which enables buyers to learn information involved in handling of shipment, from dispatch to return.
Handling Time: On receiving a new order from a buyer, Esope takes 48 hours (2 days) in handling the order, which may include time taken for order confirmation (with the buyers through telephone, email, WhatsApp, etc.), readying the package for dispatch etc.
Shipment Transit Time: Once the package is shipped, it usually takes 2 days to 7 days for the shipment to reach buyer’s shipping address (under normal circumstances). However, the shipment may be delayed due to operational constraints faced by third party courier companies like BlueDart, Delhivery, XpressBees, DTDC, and others. In case of delays, the buyers can follow up for shipment progress with the courier company directly by mentioning unique shipment tracking id (also Airway Bill) which we provide to every buyer, whose order is shipped.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Here at Esope.com, the buyers are not charged any shipping cost, neither for forward shipping nor for return shipping, for their purchases. It means buying products at Esope involves only paying the cart value, which doesn’t include any shipping cost at all, and shipping is absolutely free for all the buyers alike. Also, there is no condition of bringing cart value to a certain amount to be eligible for free delivery, and buyer of all budget and all product-price choices can buy products and enjoy free delivery for their purchases.
