Esope gives buyers the flexibility to cancel order as per their wish anytime. Right from placement of orders to post delivery period, a buyer has the option to cancel his order, and we will not ask even a single question to accept buyer’s cancellation request. Once an order is cancelled, the buyer (who placed order and/or who has received the shipment with shipment status as delivery) will be eligible for refund equivalent to cart value (but after adjusting discounts/promotion/any other offer deductions). Esope may ask buyer to share his UPI ID and/or UPI enabled phone number along with buyer’s UPI Linked Complete Name to be able to refund the amount into buyer’s bank account. In absence of UPI ID, UPI enabled phone number, and Buyer’s UPI Linked Complete Name, we will not be able to process the refund amount against order cancellation.
